About the bonds

Nordiska has on 29 June 2021 issued Additional Tier 1 Bonds of SEK 100 000 000 the “Bonds”). The Bonds are listed on the corporate bonds list of Nasdaq Stockholm, with ISIN SE0015961537.

Nordiska has on 5 March 2024 issued subordinated Tier 2 notes in an amount of SEK 200 million (the “Tier 2 Notes”). The Tier 2 Notes’ ISIN is SE0021515079.

Nordiska publish its quarterly financial statements on 18 February 2025, 27 May 2025, 27 August 2025 and 13 November 2025. The annual report is published on 29 April 2025. The financial reports are found here.
