Business model
Nordiska provides an infrastructure for conducting financing operations to those players who want to expand their value chain or operate in the market but do not have a complete license. This means that Nordiska performs risk assessments, transaction monitoring, systems and financing while you can focus on the customer.
Our markets
Nordiska currently offers lending services in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Netherlands as well as deposit services in Sweden and Germany.
Corporate governance
Nordiska is a Swedish public limited liability company though not listed on a stock exchange. Our business is regulated by both external legislation and our internal regulations. Our highest decision-making body is the Annual General Meeting.
