Mikael Gellbäck

Mikael was involved in starting Nordiska in 2014 and has worked as CEO and Board member ever since.

Education: Master of Business Administration from the School of Business and Economics and Master of Science in Engineering from KTH.

Other current assignments: Member of the board of the operating subsidiaries Umeå Release Finans AB, Nordiska Financial Partner Norway AS and Nordiska Financial Technologies. In addition, Mikael serves as a board member of Lank Holding AB and Clar Global AB (publ).

Previous assignments: CTO, CIO and vice-CEO of Söderberg and Partners, of which he was also a co-founder. Board assignments for the companies Söderberg & Partners Insurance Consulting AB, InsClear AB and Visi System AB.

Independent: Mikael is not independent in relation to Nordiska, the management and major shareholders.
