About the bonds
Nordiska has on 29 June 2021 issued Additional Tier 1 Bonds of SEK 100 million (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are listed on the corporate bonds list of Nasdaq Stockholm, with ISIN SE0015961537.
Nordiska has on 5 March 2024 issued subordinated Tier 2 notes in an amount of SEK 200 million (the “Tier 2 Notes”). The Tier 2 Notes’ ISIN is SE0021515079.
Nordiska publish its quarterly financial statements on 27 February 2026, 29 April 2026, 28 August 2026 and 5 November 2026. The annual report was published on 15 April 2026. The financial reports are found here.
